2. Good English communication in written and spoken.
3. Have < 1 year as internship or cadet / boarding agent and handling crew change.
4. Experience in handling foreign vessel and familiar with PKKA documents.
5. Familiar with clearance in and clearance out documents.
6. Familiar with INSW, Inaportnet system.
7. Able to drive a car and motorcycle (have SIM A and SIM C)
8. Domicile in Merak and willing to be located in Merak or other FCG branches
9. Have good interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking and good priority setting, team player, proactive, and highly motivated.
2. Monitoring spare parts delivery, freshwater, etc both on land or onboard.
3. Monitoring vessel crew and and preparing for the documents
4. Monitoring logistic and transportation material vessel supply.
5. Monitoring transportation for the crew.
6. Preparing monthly-quarterly-annual report of incoming and outgoing vessel.
7. Preparing administrative tasks and financial activities such as Cash Advance Voucher and Payment Voucher for Operational.
8. Assist project manager in field for operational activities

- Preparing Cash Advance Voucher and Payment Voucher for Operational
Must Have
- At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Shipping / Transportation Management
- Good analysis issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, concern for order, orientation to detail, work efficient, coordination
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Have a good achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship
