● At least 2 years of proven experience in Internal Audit, preferably within a corporate, financial, or operational environment.
● Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and audit methodologies.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform advanced data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft professional audit reports and documentation.
● Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple audit assignments concurrently.
● Assess and monitor adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and applicable regulations.
● Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with audit plans and objectives.
● Identify potential risks and control weaknesses; provide actionable recommendations to enhance business processes and risk management practices.
● Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented audit reports to be presented to management and relevant stakeholders.
● Collaborate with various departments to follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
