2. Responsible of General Affair task, procurement, coordinating with finance team, prepare payment request, purchase order, stationaries, building management and utilities
3. Work closely with Management and employees to improve work relationship, employee's engagement, build morale and increase productivity.
4. Identify training needs for team, individuals and evaluate training program.
5. Collaborate with business department to understand hiring needs and team goals.
6. Preparing and executing all the HR Administration matters.
7. Develop and monitors the implementation of company regulations with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.
8. Capable to perform multitasking work.
9. Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Law.
2. Minimum 2 Years HR Generalist or HRGA experience in busy high-growth environment.
3, Fluent in English both oral and written.
4. Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations and legal matters.
5. Solid knowledge of Government Regulations.
6. Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive.
7. Having strong leadership skill, motivation to work, good analytical and negotiation skill, initiative and fast learner as well.
8. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara
