- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards applicable in Indonesia
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance requirements
- Supervising and managing daily accounting and finance operations within the department
- Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording
- Reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing financial reports and analysis for management review and decision-making
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- rocessing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
- Supporting tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports
- Manage cash flow
- Monitor accounts payable, account receivable, SOA Principal and ensure they are accurate and complet
- Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to plan the company's finances
- Communicate with principal, vendor and customer related transactions
Must Have
- Experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Analytical thinking skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiar with Odoo System will be an advantage
- Can work under pressure
- Can communicate in English (verbal & written)
