Skills and Qualifications :
1. Assist in reparing and executing administration related to bank
2. Assist in payments and familiar with e-banking process
3. Assist to manage the submission billing to Clients or Customers
4. Assist to provide accurate and timely financial report, statements and ensure appropriate accounting control, procedures include costing.
5. Responsible to all finance activities and asssist Supervisor for daily operational.

QUALIFICATIONS :
1. S1 Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00
2. Minimum 1 years experience in same position, fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply
3. High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Preferably has working experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding & port agency business.
5. Required skills accounting standard and tax regulation, finance management, balance sheet analysis, accounting and financial analysis, general accounting.
5. Having experience using finance accounting system (Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet, Accurate Online, Xero, SQL, Odoo) is a plus!
6. Fluent in English passive and active (oral & in writing) is a plus!
7. Initiative, proactive and dynamic person, trustworthy, committed and reliable, able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.
8. Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose.
9. Capable to perform multitasking work, able to manage work priority on timely basis
10. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities

  • Checking and reporting transcation in system
  • Handling AR & AP invoices
  • Bank & petty cash reconciliation
  • Prepare document payment and control advance / settlement
  • Filling daily transactions

Must Have

  • Experience using finance accounting system (Accurate Online, Xero, SQL, Odoo)
  • Standart Accounting and Tax knowledge and regulations
  • High attention to details
  • Initiative, proactive and dynamic person, trustworthy, committed and reliable, able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.

Nice to have

  • Working experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding & port agency business or proejct industry.
  • English in written or spoken
  • Good at financial reporting
