Prepare PEB & PIB or other documents related to export and import activities in CIESA 4.0
Monitor documents in the Portal Pengguna Jasa system
Submit export and import documents in the Customs System (Slim BC)
Handle operational tasks at ports and airports when needed
Provide solutions for any issues arising at the port related to Customs
Minimum 4 years of experience as a customer service export import, ppjk staff, custom clearance staff
Understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and documents (PEB & PIB, HS code, IPL, etc.)
Having a PPJK license is a plus
Proficient in computer skills, active communication, and good interpersonal skills
Have supervisory skills and proven experience in leading a team
In-depth knowledge of export and import regulations
Preferably available to join immediately
