- Strong understanding of customs processes (PIB, PEB, HS Code, INSW/INA Trade).
- Familiar with CIESA 4.0, SLIM, and Portal Pengguna Jasa.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under deadlines.
- Holding a PPJK (Customs Brokerage) license is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, active communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Monitor document status through Portal Pengguna Jasa and SLIM Bea Cukai.
- Ensure completeness of export-import documents and follow up on responses (SPJM, NPD, SPTNP).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and trucking vendors (including booking and Delivery Order process).
- Monitor vessel ETA and cargo delivery to customers.
- Handle operational activities at port/airport when required.
