2. Reporting to Management (HQ) as well as conducting regular performance.
3. Overseeing sales daily operations, managing sales, and setting performance objectives.
4. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing sales to be effective.
5. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts/orders.
6. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
7. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of sales order.
8. Dealing with escalated customer issues and legal actions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor’s degree management or a similar field preferred.
2. 5+ years of management and leadership experience especially in Shipping Agency, Project Management or Freight Management business.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Performance Monitoring, Duty, KPI, Order, and project management.
4. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving.
8. Willing to be place in Medan branch office.
9. Manage and develop area territory.
10. Good knowledge of international and domestic shipping procedure & Communication skills mandarin (will be an added value)

- Lead all operation and financial team in branch office
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Coordinate with head office and other branch for smooth operation
- Coordinate with principals and vendors
Must Have
- Minimal 5 years of experience as Branch Manager or equivalent position
- Good networking of Liner Agency in Medan area
- Excellent leadership skills and proven experience in leading a team
- Strong conflict management skills
Nice to have
- Ability to commucate in Mandarin
- Ability to create performance management and KPI for team
