Bachelor’s degree management or a similar field preferred.

5+ years of management and leadership experience especially in Shipping Agency, Project Management or Freight Management business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Performance Monitoring, Duty, KPI, Order, and project management.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving.

Willing to be place in Medan branch office.

Manage and develop area territory.

Good knowledge of international and domestic shipping procedure & Communication skills mandarin (will be an added value)


Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

Reporting to Management (HQ) as well as conducting regular performance.

Overseeing sales daily operations, managing sales, and setting performance objectives.

Planning, evaluating, and optimizing sales to be effective.

Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts/orders.

Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.

Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of sales order.

Dealing with escalated customer issues and legal actions.
