HR & GA Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support management by developing, integrating, and implementing Human Capital strategies that maximize employee and organizational effectiveness.
  • Managing and develop Human Capital Management (HCM) in the area of Recruitment, Organizational Development and Learning Development.
  • Managing and develop Human Capital Operation (HCO) in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Employee Administration, Industrial Relation and HRIS.
  • Establish, manage, maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Goverment Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
  • Plan, Develop, Review within the SOP of Human Resources Management.
  • Responsible in service of personal administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expenses, meal and transport expenses.
  • Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets)
  • Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee’s performance appraisal.
  • Administer and setting process recruitment, promotion, movement (Transferring, Rotation, Mutation, Termination, Retirement and Rehire).



REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least S1 / Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Law / Psychology and HR Management with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable university.
  • Having CHRP Certification will be advantages.
  • Having related working experience in the HR field for Min. 5-8 Years as HR & GA Manager.
  • Having experience in designing and implementing Balance Score Card & Objective Key Result
  • Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
  • Good in HR Analytic and good knowledge in updated regulation in Human Resources area & implementation.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • Having extensive experience in Human Resources area and Indonesian labor law / government’s regulation
  • Strong relationship with Disnaker and other stakeholders of Human Resources
  • Good knowledge about HR especially in Industrial Relation.
  • Willing to be Placed in Jakarta Utara.
