HR & GA Supervisor

To identify opportunities in increasing organization's effectiveness by efficiently utilizing resources, analyse business existing processes, suggest improvement, publicize the HR system, and implement the developed system in HRIS in a collaboration with the IT department. 

Job Description: 

1.  Collecting data and analyse it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggests ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department

2.  Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.

3.  Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, program, SOP, and internal memo.

4.  Coordinating with the related process owner (business unit head and cross functional manager) to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems. 

5.  Documenting processes and presenting the developmental program to related business head, department manager, and division manager.

6.  Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency, interdepartmental cooperation and align activities with business objectives.

7.  Work closely with IT Department on how to implement the desired HR system with the goal to provide efficient and effective HR business process.


1.  Bachelor degree in Business Management, Management Information System, or relevant field. 

2.  3 years of working experience as HRIS specialist and/or organizational development specialist.  

3.  Know how to create SOP, policy, procedure and process documentation. 

4.  Able to effectively partner with IT and non-technical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process and configuration requirements.

5.  Thorough understanding of and experience with the system development life cycle.

6.  Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

7.  English literate.
