Job Responsibilities:
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for assigned sectors/regions/territories
- Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales engineers
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities
- Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Track and analyse sales statistics
- Ensure achievement of divisional and personal sales targets
- Prepare reports as needed
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Generate and sustain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with service department on lead generation
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor degree, or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
- Must have minimum 5 years experiences as Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding & Shipping Industry.
- Fluent in English both oral and written and Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in managing the sales process and forecast sales
- Excellent in managerial and leadership skill as well as negotiation skill.
- Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to guide and mentor sales engineers
- Flexible, highly committed and result oriented
